Welcome!!! I’m Taisa - Doula, Herbalist, & your BIGGEST birth cheerleader!!!

I am a firm believer that God designed our bodies with so much wisdom & care. It’s absolutely amazing what women’s bodies are capable of doing if we honor that design & let birth unfold naturally, when we can!

Having walked through 3 natural births (1 hospital birth & 2 home births), my passion is helping mamas step into birth with total confidence & understanding of birth.

If your dream is to achieve a natural birth by God’s design, you’ve found the right place! I can’t promise a specific outcome, but I will do everything I possibly can to prepare, support, & champion you through your unique journey.

My care doesn't stop at birth, either I focus heavily on women’s holistic health from preconception through postpartum. You can definitely expect me to show up at your door with my trusty copper foot basin & herbal blends to help you recover naturally from inflammation, perineal tears & soreness, & post birth depletion.
