This convenient spray can be applied directly to the skin by spraying and gently massaging. How to Use
Always shake well before use. For adults, apply 2-4 sprays to the stomach, soles of the feet, or problem areas 1-2 times daily. You may feel a tingling sensation; if it’s too intense, wipe it off or follow with a soothing moisturizer.
To help support deeper sleep, spray directly onto your stomach and/or feet about 15 minutes before going to bed. Adults can use 3-4 sprays, while children can use 1-2 sprays, remember it might tingle! This versatile spray can be used on areas with muscle soreness, pain, and discomfort. A slight tingling may occur; applying a moisturizer afterward can help soothe it. Avoid freshly shaven skin and sensitive areas, such as open wounds, face, and eyes.
