 What You Will Need:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup honey

 

 

How to Make Your Syrup:

1. Add the contents of your Elderberry Kit to 4 cups of water in a pot. Cover and bring to a gentle boil.

2. Once boiling, reduce to the lowest heat and let it simmer gently for 45 minutes.

3. After simmering, strain thoroughly through a cheesecloth, squeezing out as much liquid as possible after the herbs cool slightly.

4. Allow the liquid to cool to room temperature, then stir in 1 cup of honey until well combined.

5. Pour into a sterilized jar and seal tightly with a lid.

6. Refrigerate your syrup—it will last for 2-3 months when stored properly.

 

Serving Size:

Adults (12+): 1 tablespoon

Children (1+): 1 teaspoon

For daily immune support, take once daily. If symptoms appear or if someone in the household has symptoms, take 1 serving every 2-3 hours as needed.
